Atomoxetine is probably the same. The fact that Strattera doesn't do it's work on this is near certainly the reason it's effectively useless in achieving any high. Oddly enough, Strattera, or Atomoxetine as mentioned earlier, bears more similarity to some antidepressants (serotonin reuptake inhibitors) rather than conventional stimulants.
